AK-SEEDS process, we conduct a comprehensive analysis, looking deep into your
Personal Design DNA to ensure the project aligns with what truly matters to you, within a realistic scope of work and budget.
What Happens After the Needs and Options Review?
Your Journey Continues: From Design to Completion
Once we've completed the
AK-SEEDS Needs and Options Review, we have
a solid foundation to move forward with the design process.
Here's an overview of the steps that will guide us from concept to reality.
1. Design Phase:
- Schematic Design: Develop initial design concepts based on the findings from the AK- SEEDS Review.
- Design Development: Refine the selected design, focusing on materials, finishes, and detailed architectural elements.
- 1.b Pre-construction budgeting (Optional):
Some Customers choose to have an early cost estimate to gauge financial feasibility before finalizing material details, ensuring alignment with your budget. Although this step is optional, it still is a paid service.
2. Consultant Coordination:
- Engaging Experts: Collaborate with necessary consultants, like structural engineers and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) specialists.
- Seamless Integration: Incorporate their feedback into the design to ensure technical and structural coherence.
3. Final Design and Budget Approval:
- Final Presentation: Present the completed design for client approval.
- Detailed Budget: Provide an updated cost estimate to align with the final design.
4. Permits and Approvals:
- Permit Preparation: Compile and submit all necessary documents to regulatory authorities.
- Revisions: Address any feedback from permitting agencies to secure approval.
5. Construction Documents:
- Detailed Drawings:
